Orbitex is an independent, non-commercial, volunteer-run interface project. Its purpose is to explain, demonstrate and provide a clear visual front-end for interacting with the deBridge cross-chain bridge protocol.

Orbitex provides no warranty, guarantee, or assurance of any kind about the outcome of any transaction. Do not bridge assets you cannot afford to lose.
The bridge and swap functionality on app.theorbitex.com is provided by deBridge's infrastructure. When you use the widget, you are interacting directly with deBridge's smart contracts and APIs, and are subject to deBridge's own terms of service.
Orbitex has no control over deBridge's operations, uptime, fee changes, smart contract behaviour, or supported chains. If deBridge modifies or discontinues a feature, Orbitex will reflect that change without notice.
Any dispute arising from a transaction executed through deBridge's protocol is a matter between you and deBridge — Orbitex is not a party.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Orbitex and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

The Orbitex name, logo, and visual design are original work created for this project. The deBridge name, logo, and widget are the intellectual property of their respective owners.
The source code of this front-end interface may be used for personal, educational, or non-commercial purposes with attribution. Commercial use requires explicit written permission.
We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We may suspend or discontinue the site at any time without notice. As Orbitex is a non-commercial project, there is no obligation of continuity or service-level agreement.
These terms are intended to be interpreted in good faith under principles of fairness and reasonableness. Given the non-commercial and informal nature of the project, we do not specify a governing jurisdiction at this time.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
